- Processing of personal information: Refers to single or multiple operations (activities) carried out on personal information through automated or non-automated means, including but not limited to collection, recording, systematic organization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transmission (dissemination, provision, access opening), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, etc.
- Personal information: Refers to various types of information directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable natural person (i.e., data subject).
- Dissemination of personal information: Refers to the act of disclosing personal information to an unspecified group of people.
- Provision of personal information: Refers to the act of disclosing personal information to a specific individual or a specific group of people.
- Destruction of personal information: Refers to an operation that renders personal information unable to restore its original content in the personal information system.
1.5. Core Rights and Obligations of the Operator
1.5.1. The Operator shall enjoy the following rights:
- Independently determine the content and list of measures that are necessary and sufficient for fulfilling legal obligations.
- If the data subject withdraws consent to the processing of personal information, the Operator shall immediately stop processing the relevant personal information.
