Welcome to apply for the member services (hereinafter referred to as "this Service" or "Member Service") provided by TT Mail (hereinafter referred to as "this Software" or "TT Mail"). Please read the following content carefully (especially the content in bold). If you do not agree to any part of this Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), please do not purchase or use this Service. If you check the box to agree to this Agreement or begin purchasing/using this Service, it indicates that you and the TT Mail Operator (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us") have reached an agreement and you voluntarily accept all contents of this Agreement. Thereafter, you may not use the failure to read the content of this Agreement as a form of defense.
The premise for purchasing and using this Service is that the user has successfully logged into the TT Mail client. Therefore, this Agreement is a supplementary clause to the TT Mail User Service Agreement and Privacy Policy, possessing equal legal effect. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the aforementioned terms, this Agreement shall prevail.
If this Agreement is revised due to business development needs, we will announce it on the relevant pages. Users may go there to view the latest version of the agreement. After we modify the above agreement, if the user does not accept the modified agreement, the user may choose to terminate the use of the corresponding service. If the user continues to use the service, it will be deemed that the user has accepted the modified agreement.
Member Service Definition: Refers to the personalized mailbox value-added services, functional upgrades, or other goods/services that users can enjoy after paying the corresponding service fees or other consideration in the manner specified on the official TT Mail page. We will provide and adjust the types and content of Member Services based on software function iteration, user needs, service changes, etc. The specific types and service content of Member Services shall be subject to the content published on the official TT Mail page, and users may choose the corresponding services according to their needs.
Service Adjustment: Please keep abreast of changes in Member Service content. You understand and accept that our adjustments to the Member Service may affect the rights and interests you already enjoy or are currently enjoying, and you agree to use the service according to the adjusted member rights content.
Service Scope: The account used to log in and purchase this Service in TT Mail constitutes the sole beneficiary account of this Service. If a user manages multiple email accounts within TT Mail, this Member Service only takes effect for the main account bound at the time of purchase or the login account (unless the official page specifically states support for full-terminal/multi-account sharing).
Subject Qualification: The user confirms that when purchasing this Service, the user shall be a natural person, legal person, or other organization with full capacity for civil rights and civil conduct. If the user does not possess the aforementioned subject qualifications, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate this Service for the user's account. If a person without capacity for civil conduct or with limited capacity for civil conduct needs to use this Service, it is recommended to purchase and use this Service after obtaining the consent of a guardian.
Fees and Activation: The charging standards are subject to the announcement on the official page of this Service. After the user accepts this Agreement, completes the operation requirements of the official page, and pays the corresponding service fees or other consideration, we will activate this Service for the user. Once this Service is activated, it is limited to that account and cannot be transferred.
User Responsibility: When activating the service, the user should carefully verify specific information such as the account name, service type, and duration. We will not refund the fees collected if the user is unable to use the service for the intended purpose due to user error (including but not limited to topping up the wrong account, selecting the wrong service type, misreading the duration, etc.).
Prohibited Acts and Termination: If a user commits any of the following acts, we have the right to limit, freeze, or terminate the use of this Service and the user account related to this Service without providing any compensation, indemnity, or refund; meanwhile, the user shall bear all losses caused to us: (1) Opening or using this Service for oneself or others for profit, operation, or other non-personal use purposes; (2) Opening or using this Service for oneself or others through any program or software method (such as plug-ins, scripts); (3) Opening or using this Service for oneself or others through any improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith; (4) Opening or using this Service for oneself or others through payment channels or methods not designated by TT Mail; (5) Opening or using this Service for oneself or others in a manner that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of us or others; (6) The user is suspected of violating this Agreement, the TT Mail User Service Agreement, or usage rules we publish from time to time, or relevant laws and regulations; (7) The user utilizes this Service to conduct any illegal or criminal activities; (8) Opening or using this Service for oneself or others through other means that violate relevant laws, administrative regulations, national policies, etc.
Renewal Reminder: We have the right to issue a renewal reminder notice before the expiration of this Service. If the user does not renew the fee payment, this Service will stop upon expiration of the service period (except for users who have activated auto-renewal services).
User Cancellation: Before the expiration of the validity period of this Service, the user may actively cancel this Service in advance. This Service will stop immediately, but fees already paid but not yet consumed will not be refunded.
Service Optimization: We are constantly improving and optimizing the services of TT Mail. We have the right to adjust the service content, functions, and quality according to the actual situation. In such cases, the user has no right to demand that we refund service fees, provide compensation, or bear other liabilities.
Force Majeure and Termination: We have the right to suspend or terminate this Service based on our own business decisions, government requirements or opinions, force majeure, etc. If such circumstances occur, we have the right to notify users through announcements or other reasonable forms, and users have no right to demand compensation or hold us liable.
Direct Refund Right: Except where clearly stipulated by law, we have the right to process a refund directly for the user to terminate the service without the user's application.
